Learn how W&B Admins can control how your organization’s data is used by W&B’s AI features like the W&B Agent.

Smart feature control options are available for Enterprise and Pro accounts.

W&B honors existing MSA agreements. If your organization has an MSA agreement that includes specific data usage terms, W&B will adhere to those terms in relation to the use of your organization’s data for AI features.

Contact your account executive or W&B Support if you have questions about your MSA or data usage.

Manage access to LLM-powered features and data sharing for product improvement within your organization. W&B Admins can control how your organization’s data is used by W&B’s AI features, including the W&B Agent, with Smart feature settings.

To toggle Smart feature settings:

1. Navigate to the W&B App.
2. In the upper right corner of the page, select the User menu dropdown. Within the Account section of the dropdown, select Settings.
3. Within the Settings tab, select Privacy.
4. Scroll to the Smart features section.
5. Toggle the options according to your preferences. Changes are saved automatically.
